Raheja Developers Hosts Buyer Meet at Aranya City, Sohna: Greeted by Enthusiastic Response

Raheja Developers Hosts Buyer Meet at Aranya City

Raheja Developers recently hosted a buyer interaction meet at its plotted development project, Aranya City, in Sohna. The programme was held inside the project premises and saw participation from both existing plot owners and prospective buyers.

The meeting opened with a brief welcome address from the company’s Managing Director, who thanked customers for the trust they had placed in Raheja Developers. He said the event marked an important delivery milestone for the company and reiterated its focus on handing over ready residential plots backed by basic infrastructure.

“This is essentially about delivery,” he said. “Once the plots are ready on the ground, the journey actually begins, for us and for the buyers.”

A large part of the interaction revolved around buyer feedback. Several plot owners shared their experience of seeing the development progress on site, particularly highlighting its scenic location and completed internal infrastructure.

“One of the main reasons we went ahead was because we could see things on the ground. The roads are laid, services are in place, and that gives a lot of confidence,” said Shweta Singh.

Another buyer referred to the natural setting of the project. “The openness here is a big draw. You have green spaces, wide plots and the Aravalli hills in the background. It feels calm, which is rare so close to Gurugram,” said Ankit Pradhan.

Participants also spoke about the location advantage. With improving connectivity to Gurugram and access to social infrastructure such as hospitals, retail centres and employment hubs, many buyers viewed the project as a practical option for both end-use and investment.

“For us, it works on both counts, for end-use as well as investment. Sohna is clearly getting attention because of infrastructure development.”

The team Raheja also conducted a series of open Q&A sessions during the meet, addressing queries related to plot development norms, building approvals and possession. Short sessions on building design and execution were also organised, which several buyers said helped them better understand the next steps after possession.

Members of the Raheja team also highlighted the evolution of Sohna as a residential market, while talking about the recent infrastructure projects that have catapulted the as an extension of Gurugram rather than a distant suburb. They also mentioned the ROI potential of the region.

“This is one of those places that grows on you,” said one visitor. “It’s peaceful, green and still close enough to the city. You understand the appeal only when you visit.”
