For Roshy Chhillar, the city skyline is more than architecture — it is a reflection of human aspiration. As a forward-looking leader at Landmark Group, she is driving a transformative real estate philosophy: infrastructure must create impact, spaces must build community, and development must nurture a sustainable future for generations to come.
In an interaction with CNC-24, Roshy shared her journey and vision for making the Landmark Group stand out in a highly competitive market.
You grew up with a legacy business. How has that shaped your path so far?
Being part of a legacy business has always been a source of pride and purpose. Growing up, I witnessed the values of integrity, innovation, and customer-centricity deeply embedded in every Landmark venture. After gaining diverse experience across reputed organizations such as Silverstein Properties, which developed the World Trade Centre in NYC, Bank of America’s Corporate Banking department, Capgemini’s digital consulting arm, and Savills’ valuation team, I decided to return to Landmark to contribute to its next chapter. My father’s foresight continues to inspire me, and I carry a strong sense of responsibility to lead with a globally attuned, future-focused mindset.
What do you believe lies at the core of your success and growth as a leader?
My professional journey reflects dedication to innovation and excellence in the real estate sector. I have had strong visionary goals since middle school to become a business leader and boost the growth of India. The opportunity to co-lead an M&A initiative with a Miami-based coworking organization at 21 was a defining moment, and it sharpened my strategic and business development skills early in my career. My journey has been shaped by the opportunity to work with inspiring mentors, collaborate with forward-thinking professionals, and lead projects that push the boundaries of conventional real estate development. What keeps me grounded is a simple formula — curiosity, unwavering commitment, and a people-first perspective.
What sets you and Landmark Group apart in a competitive market?
Landmark Group stands apart in the real estate landscape for its unique ability to blend legacy with forward-thinking innovation and craft developments that are not only visually striking but also thoughtfully designed for long-term value creation. I’ve been furthering this ethos with a global, data-backed, and impact-oriented approach in every project. This alignment ensures we deliver developments that are relevant today and resilient for tomorrow. I have been committed to applying international best practices, strategic foresight, and deep market intelligence to every project, and the ability to integrate design thinking with business strategy has added a distinctive edge to Landmark’s new era of development.

What kind of details do you put in place before comprehending any project/plan?
The Landmark team approaches each project with a future-focused lens, grounded in design excellence, sustainability, and long-term value creation. Every development contributes meaningfully to Gurugram’s evolving urban fabric, redefining how people live, work, and engage. From incorporating green building standards in Landmark’s upcoming largest single tower office development in Gurugram to curating community-centric environments in residential and retail projects, every detail is thoughtfully aligned.
What keeps you motivated through challenges and change?
I’m driven by the belief that real estate influences how people live, interact, and thrive. It has the power to uplift the human experience. Knowing that every blueprint reviewed and every decision made can positively impact a city and its people is what keeps me energized and committed.
What is your vision for Landmark Group’s future?
We are set to expand aggressively through high-impact, sustainable developments that enhance India’s urban landscape. With a robust project pipeline, my goal is to position Landmark as a benchmark for future-ready spaces — where innovation, long-term value, and human needs coexist seamlessly. The journey ahead is exciting, and we are fully geared for the next phase of growth.
