Spanning central New Delhi, LBZ is among the world’s most exclusive residential districts which is named after British architect Sir Edwin Lutyens. He was the brain behind much of New Delhi design in the early 20th century. Owning a home here is a status symbol. Gautam Adani
Gautam Adani is a business tycoon who serves as the Chairman of the Adani Group. He is also one of the richest people in India and has one of the most high-profile residences in Lutyens’ Delhi. In 2020, the Adani Group secured Aditya Estates, which is a whopping 3.4-acre property in Lutyens’ Delhi, reportedly worth around ₹400 crore. As per reports, it’s a beautiful house boasting extensive living spaces, bedrooms, dining halls, and staff quarters, among others.
Laxmi Mittal
Lakshmi Mittal needs no introduction. He is Executive Chairman of global steel giant ArcelorMittal. He also bought a house in Lutyens’ Delhi in 2005 for around ₹31 crore. Its prominence comes from its historic location and Mittal’s global status. According to a report published in Economic Times, a firm linked to billionaire Lakshmi Mittal, Gentex Merchants Pvt Ltd, acquired a 3,540 square yard bungalow on APJ Abdul Kalam Road for ₹310 crore in June 2025.
Vijay Shekhar Sharma
Vijay Shekhar Sharma is the founder of Paytm. He represents a newer generation of Indian wealth. Sharma’s growth into the billionaire club was quick and he soon acquired a lavish bungalow in the Golf Links section of the LBZ for about ₹82 crore.
Naveen Jindal
Naveen Jindal, another rich industrialist of India, the Chairman of Jindal Steel and Power, also owns a private home in Lutyens’ Delhi. Jindal is also a former Member of Parliament. His bungalow is valued at an estimated ₹120-150 crore, which reflects his industrial success.

Anand Ahuja is a big name in the fashion and lifestyle industry. He owns a lavish bungalow reportedly worth around ₹173 crore in Lutyens’ Delhi in 2015. The bungalow is known as “Sher Mukhi” and the massive property also boasts a basketball court.
