Actor Rashmika Mandanna recently celebrated her 30th birthday in a way that turned out to be very special, not just because of the milestone, but also because of a touching gift from her father. The actress, who tied the knot with Vijay Deverakonda earlier this year, received a bungalow named “Serenity” near her hometown Virajpet, adding to her growing list of luxury properties.
The birthday celebrations were held on April 5 with close family members and friends in Coorg. During a family gathering near Virajpet, Rashmika’s father announced that he was gifting her a bungalow, which immediately caught everyone by surprise. According to reports from Nakkheeran and Free Press Journal, the property is located close to Virajpet and has been named “Serenity.” Rashmika was visibly emotional at the moment, as the gesture came shortly after her wedding and carried a lot of person.

The event also included a small reception for relatives and local residents at a nearby convention centre. Rashmika wore traditional Kodava attire, adding a cultural touch to the occasion. The birthday came shortly after her wedding with Vijay Deverakonda in Udaipur on February 26, 2026. They also hosted a reception in Hyderabad on March 4 and another in Coorg to celebrate with local relatives and friends. Vijay recently expressed his fondness for Coorg, saying, “I’ve become so fond of this place, such a beautiful place. I always thought that women from here (Kodagu) are super beautiful, even before I met her. I think coorgi women are very beautiful, and I’m married to one, and I’m very happy.”
