The integration of boom placer technology is expected to enhance construction speed and precision, improving slab cycle times by 25-30%. With a pumping capacity of up to 100 m³ per hour and a boom reach of 42-48 meters, the machines enable seamless concrete placement across multiple floors from a single setup. This will help streamline execution and potentially accelerate overall project timelines.
The technology also ensures continuous and accurate concrete pouring, minimizing cold joints and improving structural integrity. Enhanced placement precision is expected to reduce rework by 15-20%, while optimizing site logistics and reducing dependency on multiple equipment setups.
Aligned with its focus on modern construction practices, Nimbus Group expects this deployment to boost site productivity by 20–30% and reduce manual labour dependency by 25–35%. Additionally, controlled processes will help minimize material wastage by 10–15%, contributing to better cost efficiency and resource optimization.
