Gurugram: HCBS Developments has achieved a significant construction milestone at its flagship residential project, Twin Horizon, by completing the diaphragm wall (D-wall) work in record time in Sector 102, Gurugram. Executed for three basement levels, the D-wall spans a running length of 545 metres and reaches a depth of 18 metres, making it one of the most substantial foundation works undertaken in the micro-market.
What makes this achievement particularly noteworthy is the speed of execution. Despite the challenging soil conditions prevalent in Sector 102, the entire D-wall construction was completed in just 2.5 months, considerably faster than the industry norm of over four months for projects of similar scale and complexity.
