Noida, September 15, 2026: Prateek Foundation Aakar organised a Holistic Wellness Camp for all its employees at its Head Office on 10th September 2026 in association with Wake-up and Wellness Company. Held from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, the camp saw participation from more than 200 employees. The sessions focused on pain management, stress relief and migraine care, with seed therapy, colour therapy and magnet therapy also included in the day’s activities. The engagement forms part of Prateek Group’s ongoing efforts under its Life at Prateek initiative to make wellness support more accessible to its workforce.

During the camp, acupressure practitioners Dr Surendra Singh, Dr Madhubala Singh and Dr Anupam Singh interacted with employees. They also discussed their individual concerns, and based on these conversations the practitioners shared guidance and techniques relevant to the issues.

The engagement will continue beyond the camp with the practitioners making regular visits to the Prateek Group workplace. This will allow employees to consult them whenever required. This arrangement also makes access to consultations a more consistent part of the workplace environment.

Alongside this, employees were also introduced to magnet therapy, seed therapy and colour therapy through dedicated sessions. The interactions enabled participants to understand the techniques and experience the practices first-hand.

Bringing such services into the workplace allows team members to address concerns related to pain, stress and migraine alongside their regular professional routines. The approach also creates greater continuity between a one-day wellness engagement and sustained access to practitioner-led guidance, reflecting the Life at Prateek approach towards employee well-being and a supportive workplace environment.

Prateek Tiwari, Managing Director, Prateek Group, said, “Employee well-being deserves consistent attention, and workplace initiatives can make that support easier to access. With this programme, we want our employees to have an opportunity to discuss their wellness concerns and explore suitable approaches without having to step away from their regular routines. The continued availability of practitioners will help us take this effort beyond a single wellness camp.”

Further, employee feedback on the sessions was encouraging with participants sharing positive responses to the guidance and therapies. This camp is one such activity in line with Prateek Group’s continual efforts in employee wellness, indicating a sustained effort. As part of Life at Prateek, such initiatives contribute to creating an environment within the organisation where employees feel supported in prioritising their well-being while enabling them to perform at their best.
