The registry ceremony saw the presence of Chief Secretary Manoj Kumar Singh, Dadri MLA Tejpal Nagar, and several senior officials.
In a landmark moment for homeowners, 554 families residing at Migsun Green Mansion, Surajpur Site-C, Greater Noida, were formally handed their registry documents, securing their legal ownership rights after nearly a decade of anticipation. The registry ceremony, held on April 27, witnessed the presence of Uttar Pradesh Chief Secretary Mr. Manoj Kumar Singh and Dadri MLA Mr. Tejpal Nagar. Several dignitaries, including UPSIDA CEO Mr. Mayur Maheshwari, Noida Authority CEO Dr. Lokesh M., and Greater Noida Authority CEO Mr. Ravi Kumar N.G., were also present during the ceremony.
The registry process commenced following the recent issuance of the Completion Certificate (CC) to Migsun Green Mansion by the Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA). After completing all construction work and clearing outstanding dues, the builder enabled the long-awaited registration process for homeowners.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Manoj Kumar Singh, Uttar Pradesh Chief Secretary, emphasized the government’s commitment to safeguarding the interests of homebuyers. He stated, “The government is working with complete dedication to support those who are coming to the state to build homes or invest. Over the past eight years, the state’s per capita income and GDP have doubled. In key areas such as Greater Noida and Greater Noida West, it remains our priority to ensure that homebuyers receive rightful ownership and improved facilities. With the population in these areas increasing steadily, resolving homeownership challenges continues to be a top priority for us.”
Mr. Mayur Maheshwari, CEO of UPSIDA, added, “The registration documents for Migsun Green Mansion have been successfully handed over to buyers. We are also expediting the registration process across other societies to ensure that rightful ownership is granted to all residents.”
Mr. Sunil Miglani, Chairman of Migsun Group, expressed, “We are proud to have fulfilled the long-awaited dream of homeownership for 554 families. At Migsun, we are committed to delivering not just homes but trust and satisfaction. By working in close coordination with the authorities, we ensured the timely completion of all formalities, enabling a smooth and efficient registration process. This milestone reaffirms our dedication to on-time delivery and our continued focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.”
The event brought a wave of joy and relief among residents. “We had been waiting for years to get the legal papers for our home. Now that the registry is complete, it finally feels like we are the true owners,” said Avneesh Sharma, a resident of the society. Another resident, Manoj Prasad, added, “Initially, it was hard to believe, but now our dream of owning a home has truly come true. We are grateful to the government and the authorities for their support.”
So far, around 35 families have already received their registry documents, with the remaining homeowners scheduled to receive theirs in the coming days. Authorities and the builder are jointly ensuring that the process is conducted transparently and efficiently.
