Bringing with him close to 20 years of experience, Ajay has been associated with some of the most respected names in the real estate sector, including Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield, and Realistic Realtors. His career also spans international exposure in Dubai with Betterhomes LLC, where he specialized in commercial leasing and tenant advisory. Over the years, he has built a reputation for driving strategic growth, managing large-scale transactions, and strengthening partnerships across residential, commercial, and investment verticals.
In his new role as Chief Strategy Officer, Ajay Malik will be responsible for shaping RISE Infraventures’ long-term growth strategy by leveraging his expertise in real estate investments advisory, transaction structuring, and commercial leasing.
