New Delhi: Nimbus Projects Limited (BSE: NIMBSPROJ), a leading real estate developer in the Delhi–NCR region, has received a favourable order from the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Development Authority (UPIDA) in connection with its long-standing IITL-Nimbus project case under the Unified Regulations 2025. As a result, Nimbus will receive an additional 24,365 sq. m. of land from Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) with a permissible FAR of 3, resulting in a Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs. 1100 crores.
The order, which comes after a protracted matter concerning IITL-Nimbus The Palm Village Project, Sector-03, YEIDA, enables Nimbus to develop roughly 1.10 million sq. ft. of new saleable area in the project. Acting on the company’s revision petition, the Principal Secretary, Department of Industrial Development, Government of Uttar Pradesh, has directed YEIDA to recalculate the land allotment after giving due credit for the interest paid by the firm.
The revision petition was filed after the firm had earlier surrendered 55,219.178 sq. m. of land from a total of 102,995.70 sq. m. under the Project Settlement Policy (PSP) framework. The Principal Secretary’s order, dated July 15, 2025, effectively accepted the company’s plea, bringing the long-pending issue to a close and paving the way for future development.
Alongside this legal and regulatory progress, Nimbus Projects Limited reported a steady rise in operational performance during the second quarter of FY 2025-26. The company’s sales bookings rose 8.63% year-on-year to Rs 239 crore in Q2 FY 2025-26, compared with Rs 220 crore in the same period last year. Total pre-sales during the first half of FY26 stood at Rs 311 crore, while collections climbed to Rs 70 crore in Q2 FY 2025-26, marking an 8.63% increase.
Nimbus Projects Limited, which has been steadily strengthening its footprint in Noida and Greater Noida, has also forayed into the premium housing segment with the acquisition of Sunworld Arista Phase 2, a project featuring around 1.10 million sq. ft. of saleable area.
